Singapore Airlines International Cup 2006

Cosmo Bulk from Japan won the 2006 Singapore Airlines International Cup over 2,000 metres at Kranji.

Jockey Fuyuki Igarashi kept 5-year old Cosmo Bulk near the front from the start with the pace set by favourite Vroom Vroom from Australia.

Cosmo Bulk, a Japanese-bred son of Zagreb and trained by Kazunori Tabe, took the lead with more than a furlong to go and won by one and three-quarter lengths over Singaporean gelding King And King, with Bowman''s Crossing from Hong Kong in third, a head behind.
